Waitlist privacy notice

Plain-language notice under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

What we collect

Your email address. Nothing else: no cookies, analytics, device fingerprinting or third-party scripts on this site.

Why (purpose)

Only to email you about Lakshly’s launch and product updates. We never use your data for advertising, and never sell or share it for marketing.

Your consent and choices

• We add you only if you tick the consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Buttondown uses double opt-in: after you sign up you’ll get an email asking you to confirm, and you’re only added once you click the link.
• You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email, or by writing to hello@lakshly.com.
• You can ask us to access, correct or erase your data. We delete it when you unsubscribe or when the waitlist ends, whichever comes first.

Where it’s stored

Waitlist emails are stored by Buttondown (see Buttondown’s privacy policy at buttondown.com/legal/privacy), the email service we use to run the waitlist. Buttondown is our data processor: it stores your email address and sends our emails, only on our instructions. When you submit the form, your browser sends it directly to Buttondown and opens Buttondown’s confirmation page in a new tab. This site itself stores nothing.
