Connect your Gmail account

Open Account & privacy in the app and choose Connect Gmail. Use Google’s authorization flow and select the Gmail account you want to manage. You should never need to send us your Google password or authorization tokens.

Manage your account

Sign out keeps local progress. Disconnect Gmail revokes authorization. Delete local data clears the connected account’s progress, sender feedback, previews and undo state without changing Gmail. Reconnect the same account first if you want to delete its retained data after signing out.

A Noise Radar scan stopped

Large inboxes take time to scan. Gmail can temporarily limit requests, causing a scan to pause or stop. Wait before choosing Resume scan. Scanning does not move mail or change read status.

A scan pauses when the app goes into the background. Resume state is held in the current app session; closing the app can mean starting the scan again.

A suggestion looks wrong

Importance and possible-spam results are suggestions. Review the sender and preview before deciding what to do. Noise Radar’s wording checks are not a guarantee that a message is safe or malicious.

Can I undo a move?

Undo is limited to the current session. Changes made concurrently in Gmail can prevent a reliable reversal. Check Gmail if the message’s final labels differ from what you expected.

Unsubscribe links

After you confirm, unsubscribe opens the sender’s external website. Its privacy practices apply to your visit.

Reporting a problem
